Sam Smith Buddies Up With A “Star Wars”-Inspired Humanoid Named YAS

November 25, 2015

Gay, The Backlot, TV

by 19h ago After purchasing a life sized Ewok (which he named Alan) earlier this week, Sam Smith’s love for Star Wars became quite evident. The slender Brit arrived in Toyko earlier this week to begin preparations for tonight’s stop of his year-long In the Lonely Hour Tour. Despite enjoying his first Japanese sushi, Smith’s spent ample time in his hotel rooming catching up on alseep and enjoying posing his new Ewok. Of course, where there’s one Ewok, there’s another (a gift from a fan). Keeping the Star Wars theme in tact, Smith buddied up with his Japanese fans, two of whom were cosplaying as Chewbacca and C-3PO. “The guy on the rights name is ’YAS,’” Smith wrote in the accompanying caption. “Best name ever!!!! YAS YAS YAS YAS ❤️ Evan Ross Katz is the Managing Editor for NewNowNext. @evanrosskatz
